    Himno a San Juan Bautista
    Ut queant laxis
    Re sonare fibris
    Mira gestorum
    Famuli torum
    Solve polluti
    Labii reatum
    Sancte Iohannes.

    IN ENGLISH

    This is my answer:

It is known that Guido d'Arezzo (995-1050) took the names of the notes of the musical scale by taking the first syllable of each hemistich and the initials of the last line of the first stanza of the liturgical hymn in honor of San Juan Bautista.

    Hymn to San Juan Bautista
    Ut queant laxis
    Re sonare fibris
    Mira gestorum
    Famuli Torum
    Solve polluti
    Labii reatum
    Sancte Iohannes.

In the eighteenth century the first note "ut", which was little sound ws replaced by the current note "do". Today, the note "ut" is used only in the German language and Gregorian Chants.

In English, the musical notes use the following letters of the alphabet:
    Do - C
    Re - D
    Mi - E
    Fa - F
    Sol - G
    La - A
    Si - B
